We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience in social assistance case management involving public authority functions within both Elderly Care and LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). In the role of a consultant, you will step in to relieve units that are in great need of extra help, making a difference for both the existing staff and the clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this may involve difficulties in recruitment, temporary peaks in case volumes, or sick leaves and parental leaves that create a need for temporary staff. Your Experience:

• Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in public authority functions
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
• Driver's license

How it works

The first step to working as a consultant with us is that we create a profile for you in our operational system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consultant profession works. We also need a number of documents from you to start a profile in our system, such as a CV and proof of education.

We then use this profile to match you with, and suggest, relevant assignments that fit your background and wishes. If you think it sounds like an interesting assignment, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary every month as usual. We always agree on all details before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always You who choose what you are interested in. You should always feel secure at every step of the process.
