À la carte Service at Ekerum

For the summer of 2026, we at Ekerum Resort Öland are looking for staff for our à la carte service. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop and learn our philosophy regarding excellent service and high-quality food.

About the role: As waiting staff at Ekerum, you will work in a team with the goal of ensuring that every guest receives the best possible experience.

Who are we looking for? You are social, passionate about service, and always put the guest first. You are goal-oriented and driven, and able to maintain focus when the pace is high.

We prefer that you have previous experience working in restaurants, events, or weddings.

About us

Heading into 2026, we have new management in the restaurant. We welcome a new restaurant manager with extensive experience from restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, as well as a new head chef with many years of experience from Michelin-starred restaurants in Stockholm. With this in mind, we are now ready to take the next step, and we hope you want to join us on the journey!

Ekerum Resort Öland is more than just a golf resort – it is a place filled with activities, nature, and relaxation. Located in the heart of beautiful Öland, Ekerum offers something for everyone, from golf, tennis, and padel to spa. We feature a restaurant, a trattoria, and a sports bar, as well as several venues of various sizes for events, conferences, weddings, and parties. Employment period: As needed, seasonal employment.

Salary: According to collective agreement.

Accommodation is available at a favorable price near the workplace. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
