About the role

As a Control System Test Engineer, you will be crucial to our clients Factory System Testing team, leveraging your expertise to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of control system test setups. You will contribute to complete test setups, including firmware and hardware testing, enhancing our team's overall delivery capabilities.

Work tasks

This role involves developing, introducing, and applying software solutions to meet customer requirements, focusing on the analysis, production, distribution, and storage of information. You will perform less complex professional assignments under supervision, applying standard engineering principles.

  • Take care of IT-related tasks such as KVM settings and making sure Windows licenses are activated.
  • Work closely with the Control Engineering team to make sure everyone is following the same standards and instructions.
  • Help test spare parts to ensure they are ready and functional for our projects.
  • Perform engineering tasks under the guidance of senior colleagues, using standard industry practices to solve problems.
  • Support the team in building and verifying the control systems (MACH and SOM) before they are sent out to customers.

We are looking for

  • Master Degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Automation, or similar) with 0–2 years of work experience.
  • Basic experience in commissioning control systems.
  • Basic experience in test setup and hardware testing.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and writing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

It is meritorious if you have

  • Experience in test setup and hardware testing is highly valued.
  • Previous experience in commissioning control systems.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both oral and writing.
