Nordicinfu Care is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for a Finnish- and Swedish-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join their headquarters in Alvik, Bromma!

Nordicinfu Care is a Nordic company providing medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and services. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for patients suffering from chronic diseases by providing innovative home-based treatments. This is a 6-month consulting assignment via The Place, starting immediately, with the possibility of extension.

About the Technical Support Specialist Role Your primary responsibility as a Technical Support Specialist is to support users, healthcare personnel, and partners in the Finnish and Swedish markets. You will also support the sales team with technical inquiries and manage incoming complaints.

You will work with support for advanced equipment and various systems, making it essential that you possess strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Support users and partners regarding medical equipment
• Manage the complaint handling process
• Order handling may occur

The Team You will be welcomed into a wonderful and professional team that values teamwork and cohesion. Your team consists of approximately 20 colleagues.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Very good computer literacy

Assignment Scope

• The position is full-time (100%), Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00.
• You will be based at the office in Alvik, Bromma, with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement (approx. 2 days per week) in consultation with the company.
• This is a 6-month consulting assignment via The Place, with the possibility of extension.
