Nordion Energi comprises the companies Falbygdens Energi, Swedegas, and Weum. Swedegas and Weum are responsible for the ownership and operation of gas networks in western and southern Sweden, while Falbygdens Energi delivers electricity to customers in and around Falköping. Together, we serve nearly 80,000 customers – ranging from industrial and corporate clients to energy companies, property owners, and private individuals.

Your Responsibilities As a Distribution Electrician, you play a central role in ensuring that electricity is delivered safely and reliably to our customers. You participate in all types of work involving both underground cable laying and overhead power lines. Tasks may include investment projects in the form of renovations and new constructions, as well as operational and maintenance activities such as troubleshooting and various service measures. The role also includes customer-related assignments, such as new connections or modifications to existing service lines. You will be part of one or more project teams together with other distribution electricians and report to the responsible project manager. On-call duty is part of the position.

Good to Know You will belong to our Service Dalarna section with a location in Rättvik or Leksand.

Our Expectations We are looking for a person who has completed the Electrical Engineering program at high school or has another education with a corresponding orientation. It is an advantage if you have a few years of experience working as a power engineer/distribution electrician or in a similar field. You have good computer skills and use both computer and phone as natural work tools today. For the position, you must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. A Class B driver's license is a requirement, while BE entitlement is considered an asset.

Furthermore, it is an asset if you have further education in electricity distribution, for example from a vocational college or university of applied sciences. It is also an advantage if you have valid certificates or credentials for Road Work, ESA-19, Hot Work, Chainsaw, AMS-low voltage, or similar.

Your social competence allows you to collaborate well with both colleagues and external contacts. You enjoy working outdoors and have the physical ability required to meet the challenges of the job.
