Senior Sales Professional at Knowit Solutions Stockholm
As a Senior Sales Professional at Knowit Solutions, you will work closely with our most important customers and play a central role in how we develop our business, both locally and regionally.
In this role, you will:
- Build and develop long-term relationships with decision-makers on both the business and IT sides
- Identify how modern technology, AI, and new ways of working can create concrete business value
- Contribute to how we develop our offerings and position Knowit in the market
- Lead business dialogues from first contact to long-term partnership
- Coordinate cross-functional deliveries together with multiple companies and business areas within Knowit
- Ensure that our commitments evolve over time – with a focus on quality, profitability, and customer value
The role involves significant authority and true ownership. You are the link between the customer's needs and our technical solutions. You take overall responsibility for your customers, building trust and understanding of their organization to actively develop both the relationship and the business in the right way. You will always have close collaboration with other companies and business areas within Knowit as support. You report directly to management and have influence over both strategy and how we develop our offerings, at both local and national levels.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to:
- Have extensive experience in sales and business development within the IT or consulting industry
- Have experience with larger and more complex deals, preferably with both business and delivery responsibility
- Be accustomed to navigating organizations and building relationships at multiple levels
- Have good technical understanding and be able to conduct qualified dialogues about digitalization, system development, and modern IT solutions
- Have a strong network in the Stockholm region
You are a relationship builder who creates trust by understanding the customer's operations and contributing to their long-term development. You thrive in complex environments with many touchpoints and are driven to create strong collaborations that strengthen both business and delivery.
