Our elderly care sector is currently undergoing exciting transformation work, and we are now looking for four Care Leaders who want to help shape the future of care together with us. Two positions are located at Kaitumgården, the municipality's largest care facility, centrally located in Jokkmokk. The other two positions are located at Bjärkagården in Vuollerim.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Care Leader in Jokkmokk, you will play a central role in supporting and leading your colleagues in their daily work, while ensuring that we meet our goals for quality and care. The position does not include personnel management, work environment, or financial responsibilities.

The work mainly consists of standard tasks within healthcare and welfare. You will provide social support and guidance, acting as the hub in the network and managing multiple threads simultaneously. The Care Leader's main task is to ensure that daily care is carried out according to established guidelines and that colleagues on the ward receive support and guidance in their work.

The Care Leader is also responsible for contributing to the development and follow-up of work to ensure high-quality care for our users. An important part of the role also involves being confident in the ability to teach colleagues in a pedagogical manner.

You must be able to work independently and in collaboration with others in the work team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work for documentation purposes.

Since this role is new, there will be a clear job description for the position. Your immediate supervisor is the unit manager at the care facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education as a Nursing Assistant or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer. We are looking for someone who is positive, loyal, engaged, solution-oriented, and responsible with good empathetic skills. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are important parts of the work.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability, maturity, and ability to collaborate.

Employment type: Permanent.
