About the job: On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an experienced Night Receptionist who is self-sufficient in Opera Cloud.

The responsibilities of a Night Receptionist include standard reception duties such as check-in and check-out. You will answer phones, make bookings, handle the cash register, and naturally manage all ongoing reception tasks.

Who are you? You are service-oriented with a great passion for service and, above all, you have a positive and professional attitude towards guests. You are flexible, enjoy working in a team as well as independently. You like to keep your surroundings clean and tidy. You speak Swedish and have very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. We wish that you have relevant education within the hotel industry and experience from similar tasks within hotel reception. You are used to delivering high quality in an environment that can sometimes be stressful. You have a genuine interest in service and consider it a given that our guests become truly satisfied thanks to your service skills, accuracy, and responsiveness.
