As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that store shelves are always well-stocked and that products are displayed in a sales-oriented manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintenance of goods, e.g., confectionery (bulk and packaged)
• Checking signage and re-displaying products when necessary
• Ordering goods and following up on stock status
• Contacting store staff and ensuring the store's needs are met
• Working independently in stores and potentially visiting multiple stores in a single day

In this role, freedom under responsibility is important - you plan and execute your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work during summer weeks 26, 27, and 29. The position is approximately 3 hours/week on Tuesdays.

To thrive in this role, we expect you to:

• Have an interest in the grocery retail industry and enjoy physically active work
• Be solution-oriented, communicative, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments during the workday
• Be an early riser - we start our workdays early in the morning
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car (requirement) as you will be visiting stores in Kristianstad, Fjälkinge, and Åhus
