As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring store shelves are always well-stocked and that products are displayed in a sales-oriented manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintenance of goods in a hardware store and candy picking in grocery retail
• Checking signage and re-displaying products as needed
• Ordering goods and following up on stock status
• Contacting store staff and ensuring the store's needs are met
• Working independently in-store and potentially visiting multiple stores in a single day

In this role, freedom with responsibility is key - you plan and execute your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone willing to work during summer weeks 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 & 33. The position is approximately 20h/week with working days Monday-Friday.

To thrive in this role, we expect you to:

• Have an interest in grocery retail and enjoy physically active work
• Be solution-oriented, communicative, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments during the workday
• Be an early riser - we start the workdays early in the morning.
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car (requirement) as you will visit various stores in your area
