Job Description

We are looking for someone with sales experience who thrives in a high-tempo environment and is driven by results. You are communicative and skilled at building relationships. In this role, you will contact new and existing customers daily via phone and meetings, analyze their needs, and offer the right solutions. You will have your own responsibilities but work closely with the team to achieve set goals both collectively and individually.

We are looking for someone who

• Is goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed targets.
• Has good computer skills, an interest in sales, and a desire to grow in the role.
• Is communicative, social, and enjoys using the phone as a primary tool.
• Speaks fluent Swedish.

We offer you

• Training and coaching to develop your sales skills.
• Employment: Full-time with a 6-month probation period, followed by a permanent contract.
• Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00.
• Compensation model: High commission with no cap.
• Workplace: A modern office in central Gothenburg, close to everything.
