About the role

As a Property Manager at Axis Communications, you will play a central role in ensuring that the company's premises are functional, safe, and pleasant for everyone working there. You will be an integral part of the daily work to keep operations running smoothly – from solving practical problems to contributing to a well-maintained and functional work environment.

You will belong to the Real Estate and Facilities Technical Operations department, responsible for the operation and maintenance of Axis properties on the campus in Lund. Here, you will work together with other property managers, operations technicians, and technical managers in a team where collaboration and service are central. Together, you are responsible for maintaining a high standard of the premises and ensuring that any issues are handled quickly and efficiently.

The role is varied and combines practical work with coordination and contact with both internal employees and external suppliers. You are often the first to notice when something needs to be addressed and take the initiative to find a solution – sometimes by solving it yourself and sometimes by coordinating the right resources.

Responsibilities

The role involves being the face of Facilities in the properties, where you proactively identify and address deficiencies in the premises. You coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a high standard of our facilities. Some examples of responsibilities include:

  • Handle, perform, and follow up on fault reports in the case management system
  • Troubleshoot and fix simple technical problems in the property
  • Perform minor repairs and practical tasks in the premises
  • Assemble furniture and equipment
  • Coordinate and order services from external contractors
  • Conduct rounds and work preventively to minimize operational disruptions

We are looking for you who

  • Have practical experience working with troubleshooting, simple repairs, and installations within real estate
  • Are accustomed to working in digital systems
  • Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Hold a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience from property service or property management
  • Experience working in property systems or case management systems

  • Working hours: 07:30-16:30
  • About the assignment: You will be employed by Academic Work on a 12-month consultancy assignment, with a good possibility of permanent recruitment
