We are currently looking for two assistant nurses (part-time approx. 80%, day and evening shifts) at Villa Telegrafen. We offer training and several benefits.

About Villa Telegrafen

Villa Telegrafen is a new care home in the seaside town of Nynäshamn. Welcome to a modern, climate-smart residence where we offer individually adapted care with heart, integrity, and choice. We focus on physical activity but also offer opportunities to relax. We have a cozy common room for group activities, a wonderful rooftop terrace with sea views, and a beautiful, tranquil inner courtyard with seating and greenery.

• We will become a dementia-certified facility in 2027, meaning everyone working here will be trained in dementia and care approaches via Vardaga's Dementia Academy.

• From October 2026, we will implement a needs-based wish schedule. This means you as an employee will have the opportunity to influence your own working hours based on needs and preferences. We create schedules in 10-week blocks. Currently, we have a fixed schedule.

• You will have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the facility. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as an assistant nurse.

As an assistant nurse, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see every individual and interpret their needs. At the same time, you learn a lot about nursing, aging, and how to treat people.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a qualified assistant nurse (professional title from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare) and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important factor. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.

Other details

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Start date: according to agreement. Application deadline: April 15, 2026. Background check: An extract from the criminal register must be presented in the event of employment. As part of our work environment efforts, random drug tests may occur.
