We are seeking experienced system developers who thrive in technically demanding environments where the work involves more than just delivering code.

With us, you will work on assignments where the systems are central to the business operations. This may involve embedded systems, real-time software, or backend solutions in distributed environments. Common to all is the presence of complexity, dependencies, and high demands on quality, performance, and an understanding of the big picture.

You will not simply implement ready-made solutions. You are expected to dive into systems, understand the context, contribute to technical decisions, and solve problems where there is no obvious answer.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• have several years of experience in system development in complex environments
• are proficient in languages such as C/C++, C#, or Java
• have experience with Linux, distributed systems, or embedded development
• can quickly get up to speed with existing systems and become productive
• understand why something is built, not just how

The position may require a security clearance in accordance with current regulations.
