About the Workplace

Our nurses provide basic and partially advanced healthcare for the municipality's residents aged 18 and above. The scope of work includes ordinary housing, special housing, and short-term care facilities. We collaborate with other professional groups within healthcare and social services. Your Responsibilities

You are the hub in the network surrounding the patient and must be able to make independent decisions based on the patient's needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse willing to work on-call shifts, preferably with a few years of experience in the profession. You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language. As we travel by car, a driver's license is required. Strong communication skills are of utmost importance to motivate the individual and those in the user's network. The ability to independently organize and prioritize your work is fundamental to providing the right intervention at the right time. You need to be independent and able to take your own initiatives, while also viewing teamwork as an essential part of the work.
