Your Role
As a controller, you will be part of the finance department where, together with your colleagues, you will work to provide qualified support to the entire real estate group's operations. You will also work with financial management and develop service and control within the finance area to ensure efficient operations and service for Alingsåshem's tenants.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Participation in the group's year-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting work.
• Coordinating the annual valuation of Alingsåshem's real estate portfolio.
• Contributing to the companies' long-term economic planning.
• Independent work with analysis, follow-up, and reporting of results within budget and forecasting work.
• Independently conducting economic and administrative analyses and investigations, as well as preparing underlying material for analyses and investigations, on assignment or on your own initiative.
• Implementing rent increases and index adjustments in Alingsåshem's property system.
• Quality assurance of Alingsåshem's property base and its areas.
• Supporting project managers, property managers, managers, and other colleagues in forecasting work and other economic issues.
• Contributing to the implementation of a new property system.

You are part of the finance department where, together with your colleagues in accounting, controlling, and procurement, you work to achieve the organization's goals.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a relevant university education in economics and experience working as a financial controller with qualified tasks in the finance area. You have an understanding of accounting, feel secure working with economic analyses, forecasts, and budgets. You are also accustomed to working with various digital tools and systems related to finance and real estate or fixed assets.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. As a person, you are responsible with high integrity. You have very good analytical skills and the ability to see how different parts affect the whole; you are meticulous and understand the importance of handling economic issues correctly. You enjoy working independently while understanding the importance of good collaboration. You have good communication skills in both speech and writing in Swedish, and can speak about economics in a pedagogical way.
