We are seeking an experienced Process Expert within Supply Chain for an S/4HANA transformation program with a focus on procurement and financial processes. This is a contract assignment with a major player in the energy sector. Interviews will take place before Tuesday – do not wait to apply!

About the Role

As a Process Expert, you will work closely with the business operations, acting as a key person in translating business needs into concrete requirements, working methods, and decision-making support. You will actively contribute to the standardization and control of processes within operational procurement.

Responsibilities

Among other things, you will:

Act as a subject matter expert and key user within operational procurement
Work in SAP, primarily within MM and also PM
Support data collection, data cleansing, and quality assurance
Participate in testing and validation of solutions
Contribute to change management and communication
Develop training materials and process documentation
Act as an ambassador for the new solution within the organization

Requirements

Have solid experience in operational procurement and process work
Be an experienced SAP user (MM is a requirement, PM is an asset)
Have experience in change management and business development
Be structured and accustomed to working with requirement specifications
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

Assignment Details

Start: May 2026 or by agreement
End: August 2026, with possibility of extension
Scope: Full-time
Location: Malmö, with possibility of hybrid setup (primarily on-site)
