Experienced Damage Advisor to Werksta Mölnlycke Gothenburg

Werksta Mölnlycke is seeking an engaged, experienced, and service-oriented car damage advisor with technical competence for their facility in Gothenburg.

You are the person in the front line meeting the customer directly. You follow the customer and the car from start to finish, i.e., customer meeting, damage inspection, estimation, planning in the workshop, final invoicing, follow-up, etc. In this role, you work closely with customers, the workshop, and insurance companies to ensure efficient damage processes and high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities for Car Damage Advisor

• Welcome and treat customers with courtesy in damage cases, both in person and via phone/email.

• Perform damage inspections on collision-damaged cars.

• Communicate with insurance companies, file damage reports, calculate and ensure correct damage estimates according to Cabas.

• Conduct customer calls and provide advice regarding damage handling, repair times, and compensation issues.

• Collaborate with damage inspection and workshop teams to plan and follow up on repair flows.

• Handle quotes, approvals, and update both the customer and the insurance company during the process.

• Document cases and time in our digital systems and ensure that the information is complete and correct.

• Participate in improvement work regarding customer processes, workshop flows, and digital work tools.

Qualifications and Who We Are Looking For

• Experience working with car damage repairs, customer reception, and insurance administration is a requirement. A background in vehicle technology is an asset.

• You are accustomed to working in Cabas and being able to plan in Cabplan is considered a basic requirement; CVDA certification is highly desirable.

• Good understanding of the damage process, vehicle parts, and repair methodology.

• Service-oriented, communicative, and used to handling multiple cases simultaneously.

• Structured and meticulous with documentation and administrative routines.

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing; English is an asset.

• Good computer skills and experience with digital workshop systems.

• Class B driver's license is an asset.
