Do you want to work in a business where quality, service, and the overall guest experience are at the center? We are now looking for an engaged and structured Reception and Booking Manager for our charming 16-room hotel.

With us, no two days are the same. You will take on a key role in the operation, working both operationally and strategically, with a clear goal: to ensure every guest receives an extraordinary experience, from the first contact to check-out.

You will become a central part of the team, working closely with both the kitchen and the restaurant to ensure smooth collaboration and a high level of service throughout the guest journey.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the hotel
• Handle bookings, conferences, and quotes
• Maintain ongoing contact with private and corporate guests via email and phone
• Welcome and manage guests on-site, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations
• Work on pricing and occupancy optimization
• Ensure high standards in rooms and common areas
• Coordinate work between the hotel, kitchen, and restaurant

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a similar role within the hotel industry
• Has good computer skills and experience with the BookVisit booking system
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and takes great personal responsibility
• Has a strong ability to plan, prioritize, and work proactively
• Is service-oriented with an eye for detail
• Has experience in both hotel and restaurant operations

It is a merit if you have worked with the POS systems Trivec and Waiteraid.

About the position:

• Employment type: Full-time permanent (with a 6-month probation period)
• Start date: April 15 or by agreement
• Scope: Full-time
• Collective agreement: Yes
