About the role

You will join an established customer segment within the asphalt industry, where we already work with Europe's largest players. This gives you a secure start and a stable foundation to build upon – but your mission is primarily forward-looking.

You will manage our existing customers, but a large part of the role involves opening doors to new customers and collaborations. New business takes time. Sometimes several years. Therefore, you need both patience and the ability to build trust step by step. At our company, the customer is always the focus, and we work together – from sales to production – to find solutions that last.

We develop cast components and technical solutions together with the customer, stepping in as a partner rather than just a supplier. This requires courage, will, and perseverance. And that is exactly how we want to work. Every new business deal is a long-term commitment, not a quick transaction.

You will work with:

• Cast parts for the asphalt and related industries
• Quotes, price lists, and contracts
• Ongoing dialogues, improvements, and technical consulting
• Relationships that grow over time

We are looking for you who:

• Are confident in dialogue and curious about technology
• Have experience in technical B2B sales within the industry
• Have the ability to see the business in the long term
• Enjoy making contact, driving initiatives, and following through
• Have a genuine interest in technology and product development
• Speak and write Swedish and English

The most important thing is that you build relationships that last – and that you understand the industrial business.
