Job Description

As a restaurant assistant at Rasta, you are an important part of the team and ensure that our guests have a pleasant experience. You work in a varied and service-oriented environment where you meet guests, handle food and drinks, and contribute to a clean and pleasant restaurant. The pace can be fast, but with the right attitude and good cooperation, we create a welcoming atmosphere where both guests and colleagues feel at home.

Responsibilities

• The role of Restaurant Assistant primarily involves preparing sandwiches and salads, serving the daily special, light cooking of our à la carte menu, and cashier duties.

• There are also many secondary tasks typical of a restaurant, such as cleaning and dishwashing, etc.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 20 years old – To be serving manager, you must be at least 20 years old.

• Service-oriented attitude – Ability to treat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Stress tolerance & flexibility – The restaurant environment can be hectic, especially during rush hours.

• Basic cashier skills – Experience with cash register systems and payment handling is an advantage.

• Previous restaurant experience – Experience in restaurants and fast food is a great advantage.

Working Hours and Benefits

Employment type: Part-time
Employment rate: 70%
Working hours: Variable hours, including weekends and evenings.
Salary: According to collective agreement.
Start date: By agreement.
