About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will become part of a fantastic team that daily handles a large number of phone calls from Svea Bank's customers, debtors, and authorities. The telephone will be your primary tool, and you will manage numerous incoming calls of various nature. You will answer questions regarding debt collection, invoicing, and parking matters. At Svea, you will work in an eventful environment alongside engaged colleagues who are quick to laugh, support, and encourage one another. The position is full-time, during office hours, and on weekdays.
We are located in bright offices at Mall of Scandinavia in Solna, close to public transport including commuter trains, cross-city trains, buses, and the subway. Mall of Scandinavia features many shops and restaurants, and we have our own gym adjacent to the office, which you can visit during lunch or before/after work.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer-focused work and has a genuine interest in service. It is important that you quickly understand the customer and possess strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English; additional languages are a merit. Furthermore, we hope you:
- Are open to change and contribute with a positive attitude
- Have good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems relatively quickly
- Are interested in and eager to learn more about financial solutions
- Are unpretentious and ready to roll up your sleeves when and where needed
- Actively work on developing your competencies and share your knowledge
- Take responsibility for your work and find it easy to collaborate with others
You enjoy working at a high pace with many contacts, as you will daily answer and handle a large volume of phone calls and emails. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but other work experience and the right attitude are also excellent prerequisites for taking on this role.
