As an IT Site Support, you will become part of an eight-person team located in Brunna, Kungsängen. You will also collaborate closely with other IT colleagues within PostNord TPL.
About the role
In the role of IT Site Support, you will work closely with our TPL operations. You will work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues within the organization.
The role involves:
- Monitoring daily IT operations, with experience in IT Support and IT Security.
- Acting as a mentor, providing guidance, coaching, and training to technical support staff.
- Serving as the point of contact for technical escalations.
- Recording and following up on the team's service levels, workflows, and inventory management.
- Providing support as needed to both internal and external customers.
- Handling and reporting incoming technical support cases.
- Ensuring that customer cases are resolved correctly, quickly, and professionally.
- Creating relevant support material for the team, including Office 365.
- Providing feedback to staff and customers regarding resolved and ongoing incidents.
- Implementing preventive measures to reduce recurring errors.
- Reviewing and improving technical support processes and documentation.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of self-service materials and tools.
- Performing third-line support (INC, REQ), incident management, and system administration.
About you
To succeed in this role, you are an excellent team player who takes responsibility for assigned tasks and identifies potential problems. You have technical understanding of secure IT infrastructures, applications, IT security policies, and compliance. You also have excellent communication skills towards customers.
As a person, you are service-oriented, engaged, meticulous, and structured, with the ability to prioritize correctly. You have a business mindset and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. You are relationship-building and thrive in a team. You are solution-oriented and can independently drive change and improvement work with the customer in focus.
It is an asset if you have previous experience with similar tasks. You have good computer skills, especially in the Office suite, as well as good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
Great importance will be placed on personal qualities and experience.
