About the roleAs a Junior Customer Specialist, you will become part of an engaged and helpful support team in central Stockholm. You will work closely with colleagues and receive close support from the Team Leader. Here, the atmosphere is open, decisions are made quickly, and there is a strong focus on development – both as a team and as an individual.

Handle incoming calls from corporate customers
Provide clear and professional support within the customer's system
Handle technical inquiries and basic troubleshooting
Escalate cases to the 2nd line when necessary
Identify customer needs and contribute internal improvement suggestions
You are service-oriented, curious, and solution-focused. You enjoy customer contact, take responsibility, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you get to make an impact.
We would like you to:
Have some experience in customer service or support
Speak and write Swedish fluently and have good English skills
Be computer literate and quick to learn new systems
You don't need to be an expert – engagement, the right attitude, and a willingness to develop are what matter most.
About the position
Full-time, 40 hours/week (office hours)
