In the position of a nurse assistant, you work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with care decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. Your tasks include, for example, assisting with personal hygiene, preparing and serving meals, responding to alarms, and providing social companionship. Social interaction is a vital part of our work to ensure everyone can live life to the fullest. This can range from having conversations, playing games, going on outings, or finding fun activities to do together. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed personnel, such as medication administration and exercise therapy.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for an hourly position starting on 2026-04-27.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) as a nurse assistant

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

• Ability to ride a bicycle

We also consider previous experience in home care as a merit.

To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while also being skilled at building good relationships and having a service-oriented mindset. At our company, we work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before offering employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record register. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, for example, a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
