At Releasy in Linköping, we specialize in outsourced digital customer service. About the role

As a customer service representative, you will represent our client SL, which has overall responsibility for public transport in Stockholm County. Here, you will assist travelers with questions regarding trip planning, ticket prices, delays, lost items, and complaint handling.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing service to SL travelers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Answering questions, finding the right solutions to customer problems, and creating cases for further handling when necessary.
  • SL is a broad assignment with opportunities to develop further within various areas of responsibility.

Employment type: Permanent full-time position with a 6-month probation period.

Education: Two weeks of basic training followed by practical work with extra support.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary with overtime allowance.

Working hours: Working hours are varied. You will see your schedule four weeks in advance, and shifts are scheduled between Monday-Sunday 06:00-23:00. We staff SL's customer service 24/7 - if you are interested in night shifts in the future, please mention it in your application.

Start date: Training begins on May 4th, which is also the start date for employment.

We are looking for you who:

  • Speak and write fluent Swedish.
  • Have good ability to speak and write in English.
  • Are computer literate.
  • Experience in a service profession is an asset but not a requirement.

Good knowledge of Stockholm is an advantage but not a requirement, as we work with various systems and tools to resolve customer issues efficiently. The pace in public transport can be high, and SL's customer base expects you to be comfortable speaking English, as well as being stress-resistant and solution-oriented in your working style.
