Tired of selling home alarms, fiber, or subscriptions that almost everyone already has?

Then this job is for you.

We are looking for door-to-door sales representatives / field sales representatives for Eco Ventilation – an area where almost no one else knocks on doors and where customer demand is high.

Unlike home alarms and fiber, which many already have, many homeowners lack knowledge about their ventilation. Most have never cleaned their ventilation, changed filters, performed maintenance, or checked their kitchen hood – making it significantly easier to generate interest and make sales.

At Eco Ventilation, you don't just sell a single service. You can help customers with, among other things:

  • Ventilation cleaning
  • Filter replacements
  • Maintenance of ventilation systems
  • Replacement of kitchen hoods and range hoods
  • Spare parts for broken kitchen hoods and ventilation systems
  • Repair of kitchen hoods, motors, lights, switches, and controls
  • New vents, fresh air vents, and supply air vents
  • Improvement of airflow and indoor environment
  • Smoke alarms, fire alarms, and increased home fire safety
  • Repairs and other ventilation work in the home

Many homeowners have old kitchen hoods, poor ventilation, broken parts, or non-functioning smoke alarms. Most don't even know they have a problem – which makes conversations easier, interest higher, and the opportunity to close deals much better than when selling home alarms or fiber.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in door-to-door sales or wants to start
  • Perhaps currently sells home alarms, fiber, electricity contracts, or telecommunications
  • Is tired of hearing "we already have one" at every door
  • Wants to sell something the customer actually often needs
  • Is driven, social, and enjoys talking to people
  • Is not afraid to knock on doors
  • Has a driver's license and access to their own car initially

We offer:

  • Starting salary of 30,000 SEK per month
  • High commission with no cap in addition to the base salary
  • Opportunity to earn 30,000–80,000 SEK or more per month
  • Mileage reimbursement for business travel

  • You will shadow one of our technicians for 2 weeks before starting on your own

We are primarily looking for someone with several years of experience in door-to-door sales who has previously worked with, for example, home alarms, fiber, electricity contracts, or similar direct sales.
