About the Role

  • As a Customer Service Agent with us, you will be the face of Releasy and our client SL, which has overall responsibility for public transport in the Stockholm County.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers via calls, email, and chat.
  • Your main tasks include handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a focus on meeting customer needs.
  • You will assist with trip planning, lost and found items, and other matters that may arise in public transport.
  • You will also work with over-the-counter customer service and be out among the passengers.
  • Your primary goal is to actively work to ensure high customer satisfaction and create memorable experiences for our customers.

To ensure you get a good introduction to the work, the employment begins with a 12-day training period combined with practical work. It is a constantly learning and developing environment where you will learn new things and grow over time.

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period. Working hours are variable and scheduled within the project's opening hours, Monday-Sunday 06:00-23:00. Training starts on 2026-04-13.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing.
  • Good computer and system skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Stockholm and previous experience from public transport or trip planning is an advantage but not a requirement.
