In this role, you will support and relieve senior project managers by handling administrative tasks, driving smaller sub-projects, and actively contributing to strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as a key support pillar for senior and certified project managers. You are a flexible resource who steps in where the need is greatest, giving you unique breadth and insight into complex projects involving both system architecture and process work within energy distribution.

• Contribute to planning and leading workshops.
• Write reports and meeting minutes.
• Create presentations and materials for decision-making.
• Drive smaller sub-projects independently.
• Assist senior project managers with administrative tasks.

Who We Are Looking For

• Completed relevant university education (e.g., engineering or economics).
• Basic experience in project work (approximately 1-2 years).
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish.
• Good computer skills and ability to handle common applications.
• Ability to act independently and take initiative.
• Flexible and adaptable attitude.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience from the energy industry.
• Knowledge in electrical power engineering or systems science.
