ABOUT THE ROLE:
In the role of Active Directory Operations Specialist, you will work with Identity and Access Management (IAM) in a modern IT environment. You will become part of their security team and work in a dynamic environment where you have the opportunity to influence and develop their IAM capabilities together with both internal IT teams and the business. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that the right people have the right access to the right systems in a secure and efficient manner. You will work with their hybrid Active Directory environment and contribute to developing solutions within identity, authorization, and security, while collaborating broadly within the organization and with external partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning and further developing their Active Directory environment to ensure high availability, structure, and security.
• Working proactively with security and compliance through monitoring, logging, and implementing modern protections such as multi-factor authentication.
• Ensuring correct access by managing permissions, roles, and privileges according to best practices.
• Driving and improving IAM solutions, including SSO, federation, and integration of new applications.
• Being a key player in the collaboration between IT, the business, and external partners, providing support and expertise.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has a relevant higher education in IT and/or equivalent work experience, as well as at least 5 years of experience in IT, system administration, or system engineering.
• Has work experience in second- and third-line support with a focus on business-critical systems, including managing complex directory services in multi-forest environments and cloud-based identity platforms.
• Has good experience with IAM technologies and standards, such as Active Directory (Entra ID), LDAP, SAML, and OAuth.
• Can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, as these languages are used in daily work.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have certifications in security or identity management (IAM), such as CISSP, CIAM, or similar.
