About the role
This is not your typical appointment setting role.
As a Business Growth Specialist, you are the face of our company to our customers, driving dialogue with decision-makers across various industries and representing our clients in a professional and business-driven manner.
You book and conduct meetings, build relationships, and create business opportunities – always with a focus on quality and results.

You have:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales (meritorious but not decisive)
- Strong verbal skills and confidence in dialogue
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly
- The drive to develop and earn money
You are:
- Attentive and skilled with people
- Driven and goal-oriented
- Curious and always want to get better
