We are strengthening our team in Flyinge with a colleague who will primarily work as a technician but will also participate in hatchery production.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of technician, you will be primarily responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our process machines. You will work to ensure safe and stable operations throughout the entire facility.

In addition to the technician role, it is important to have an understanding of the entire operation; therefore, you will also be part of the hatchery production, contributing to maintaining high quality standards for machines, premises, and equipment.

The work also includes documentation and reporting of deviations and improvement suggestions regarding animal health, working environment, and machinery. The working environment in the hatchery is warm and humid, and you must be able to work in this type of environment.

Working hours are 07:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work possible.

ABOUT YOU

You are responsible, analytical, and confident in working independently. You are meticulous, communicative, and have the ability to see the big picture in the production flow. For safety reasons, Swedish spoken and written is a requirement. It is a requirement that you follow our internal rules regarding safety and hygiene to ensure a safe working environment.

To ensure good animal health status, you must not own or handle poultry or reptiles privately.

We prefer that you have a technical background – for example, basic electrical training and experience with machine maintenance. Experience with preventive maintenance is an asset. A+B forklift license and knowledge of English are also assets.
