About the role
As a Service Technician with us, you need to maintain a high level of service for our customers and be structured. You ensure that our customers have well-functioning forklifts and that customers' unplanned downtime is always handled quickly and efficiently. You work independently, responsible for your own planning and how you solve your assignments. At the same time, you are part of a team where everyone helps and supports each other when needed and during peak workloads.
We offer independent and varied work with the freedom to plan your days. The focus is always on satisfied customers - but the role also offers flexibility that makes it easier to manage daily life.
To succeed in the role, you need experience working with vehicles, machinery, or similar. If you are technically interested, or come from a service technician role in another industry, you will also fit well in this role.

Your profile
We are looking for someone who:

• Has technical competence through education, work experience, or personal interest.
• Sees technical problems as a fun and exciting challenge
• Can combine physical work with administrative tasks
• Has the ability to structure and prioritize your tasks and ensure they are performed well
• Is an engaged and interested team member who values collaboration
• Creates clarity and a positive, professional impression with our customers through your communication style
• Has knowledge of how to use computers for administrative tasks, document management, and communication
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have:

• Vocational upper secondary education (YH) for service technicians
• Experience in service work within a similar industry
• Experience with automation
• Knowledge of hydraulics, vehicle electronics, and mechanics
• Ability to handle English, as we have documentation that may be in English
