Aura Train & Rail is a new and specialized business area within Aura Personal, created to meet the growing need for the right competence in the train and railway industry – here and now, and in the long term. We are currently looking for experienced train technicians based in Helsingborg!

As a train technician, you are a vital cog in a team that ensures trains run safely and efficiently. You will work with everything from preventive maintenance and service to advanced troubleshooting and repairs. You document technical deviations and actions, collaborate closely with colleagues – but also thrive when working independently.

The responsibilities include:

• Service, repair, and maintenance of trains
• Troubleshooting within mechanics, electricity, and electronics
• Reporting and documentation in technical systems
• Participation in improvement work regarding safety and quality

Shift work is involved – operations run 24/7, year-round. Working hours and schedules are adapted as much as possible to your competence and life situation.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A few years of experience as a train technician
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Attention to detail, structured approach, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take responsibility and thrive working both independently and in a team

Meritorious:

Strong electrical competence (AC/DC, troubleshooting, schematic reading).
