About the job

As an installer at SÄVE Hyrmaskiner, you work on construction sites throughout the region assembling, moving, and dismantling our machines — primarily construction hoists and climbing platforms.

The work is almost always done out on projects together with a colleague.

Most jobs last 1–2 days, which means you regularly visit new workplaces and environments.

Your tasks will include among other things:

• Assembling and dismantling construction hoists and climbing platforms
• Moving and adjusting machines on construction sites
• Daily contact with the customer's site management
• Handing over machines after approved inspection
• Documenting your work (photos, time reports, and work orders)

You become the company's face on the job site — it is often you the customer meets the most.

Workday & hours

The day normally starts at 07:00 at the depot.

The work takes place out on projects and can sometimes involve:

• Early mornings
• Late afternoons
• Travel to other locations with overnight stays (with good notice)

This is not a 07:00–15:30 job every day — but it is a varied job for you who like to be on the move.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who thrive with practical and physical work and who can take responsibility out on the job site without someone standing next to you all the time.

You don't need to know our machines today — we will train you.

What is important is your attitude.

You fit with us if you:

• Are solution-oriented and self-reliant
• Are meticulous and structured
• Have a high safety awareness
• Can communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Like to collaborate but can also make independent decisions

Requirements

• Category B driver's license
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to document work digitally
• Physical ability to work outdoors year-round

Merits:

• Experience from construction, assembly, scaffolding, industry, or service work
• Lift training, fall protection, or work at height
• Familiarity with construction sites (ID06)
