Job Description

Are you service-oriented, structured, and interested in vehicles and spare parts? Do you want to work in an important role where you become a key person between the workshop, suppliers, and customers? We are now looking for a spare parts assistant for a well-established car dealership in Malmö. As a spare parts assistant, you are responsible for ensuring an efficient flow of spare parts and accessories to the workshop and external customers. You will become part of an engaged team where quality, service, and collaboration are in focus. The role suits you if you thrive in an administrative and operational daily routine with a high pace and many contact areas. You work with handling orders, inventory, and sales of spare parts and accessories, ensuring that the right parts are available for the workshop and contributing to a smooth and efficient service process. The work involves ordering, receiving, and handling spare parts and accessories while providing service and advice to the workshop, internal colleagues, and external customers. You work continuously with inventory management, stocktaking, and monitoring of inventory levels, as well as administering cases in business and spare parts systems. You are also responsible for maintaining good order and structure in the spare parts warehouse, contacting suppliers, and handling complaints when necessary.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, service-oriented, and has a genuine interest in vehicles and technology. You thrive in a role where you get to combine administration with practical work and find it easy to collaborate with others. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have experience working with spare parts, inventory, the automotive industry, or similar operations, as well as good computer skills and experience with administrative systems. You work methodically and solution-oriented, even at a high pace, and have a good sense of service as well as communicative skills that allow you to build good relationships both internally and externally. A B-class driver's license is required, and experience from the car industry or work in spare parts systems is considered an advantage.
