About the position

At Kvarnarp, you will be part of an exciting and educational journey!

Kvarnarp is a group home for adults covered by the LSS Act (person group 1). We work with individually adapted support based on clear pedagogy and low-arousal interaction. Together with your colleagues, you will constantly evaluate and adapt your working methods to the individual's best interest. As a residential support worker with us, you will primarily work with our residents, although certain administrative tasks such as social documentation are also part of the role. You will be supported by a present leadership team, including a team leader who is on-site during weekdays who also manages much of the daily operations, as well as an operations manager.

As a residential support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily living activities.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide individual support, care, and service measures
  • Plan and carry out activities with the client
  • Perform delegated health and medical tasks
  • Work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues

Who are you?

  • Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist
  • Experience from similar operations
  • Knowledge in low-arousal interaction and clear pedagogy
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as documentation is a large part of the work
  • Class B driver's license

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness.
