Responsibilities

As a chef at O'Learys Karlstad, you will have the opportunity to help drive the restaurant's development, achieve results, and build a sustainable operation. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in accordance with the O'Learys concept, keeping the kitchen clean, and contributing to strong teamwork in the kitchen. Together with the rest of your team, you will deliver a fantastic and joyful experience for both colleagues and guests regarding quality and service.

We are looking for someone who

Has a great passion for cooking. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and handle stress well. You are a meticulous, clear, and unpretentious team player who believes that details are important for high quality. You are flexible in your working style and can adapt to new situations and challenges. As a chef at O'Learys, you are part of a happy and wonderful crew. We require you to speak and write fluently in Swedish and English, be a trained chef, and have previous experience from à la carte kitchens.
