We are growing! We are now in the hunt for a Project Management Engineer within Senior Material to join our Project team.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze technical risks and field data; report progress and deviations to management.

· Ensure compliance with Swedish building regulations, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

· Coordinate daily with multi-disciplinary teams (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Chemical) to ensure installation integrity.

· Review construction drawings for compliance with BBR, PBL, and AMA.

· Establish technical sequences, site readiness plans, and milestone tracking for on-site installation and testing.

· Coordinate building construction & MEP installation through commissioning and acceptance phases.

· Identify on-site non-conformances and execute technical remediation plans.

· Regulatory Liaison for Final Clearance: Interface with professional consultants and authorities to verify that technical documentation meets statutory requirements for Slutbesked (final clearance).

Qualifications

Required

· Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Engineering or a related technical field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in project management related work.

· Familiar with project management structure and process (project organization, time plan, budget, quality, etc.).

· Have a general understanding of the Swedish construction system such as BBR (Boverkets byggregler), PBL (Plan och bygglagen), AMA (Allmän Material och arbetsbeskrivning), etc.

· Technical Environment: Deep familiarity with wet-process technology and cleanroom construction/maintenance standards is a strong advantage.

· Problem-Solving: Proven ability to multitask, perform risk analysis, and solve critical technical problems within complex on-site project environments.

· Communication & Language: Exceptional communication skills to serve as a strategic bridge between Chinese headquarters and EU-based local partners.

o Business English – highly proficient

o Chinese (Mandarin) – highly proficient, including professional technical terminology

o Swedish – a significant advantage for regulatory liaison and on-site authority communication

Meriting (Nice to Have)

· Experience with authority communication (bygglov, slutbesked)

· BIM tools (Revit, Solibri) or scheduling tools (MS Project)

· Basic knowledge of AB 04 / ABT 06 contract frameworks

· Swedish driver's license (B-körkort)

· Installation/machine commissioning experience
