MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (UH-TEKNIKER) TO EKETS PRECISION

Do you want to work in a growing industrial company that invests in modern technology, new machine investments, and long-term development? We are now strengthening the maintenance department at Ekets Precision with an additional Maintenance Technician.

Today, the team consists of two dedicated maintenance technicians. Now we are looking for you who want to help develop both technology, working methods, and collaboration with production. We are a tight-knit team that constantly strives to develop, both as a group and on an individual level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work with both preventive and acute interventions in our production. You are an important part of operational reliability and maintain close dialogue with production staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repair of machines
• Mechanical maintenance as well as some electronics and electrical work
• In the long term, also work within automation
• Structured maintenance work according to our maintenance system
• Dialogue, support, and training of production staff
• Active participation in continuous improvement

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is technically interested and enjoys practical work where you get to screw, troubleshoot, and understand how machines work in depth. You likely have a workshop technical education as a foundation and preferably experience from machining or manufacturing industry.

As a person, you are structured and responsible, but also flexible when acute situations arise. Working close to production motivates you; you are communicative, build good relationships, and are happy to contribute with your knowledge. At the same time, you are curious about new technology and want to help develop maintenance work forward, for example within automation and improvement work.

We prefer that you have:

• Workshop technical education
• Experience from machining or industry (merit)
• Good mechanical understanding as well as some electrical/electronics knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints
• Basic IT skills
• Swedish and English (German is a merit)

Working Hours: Full-time and daytime. Monday – Thursday 06:45-16:00, Fridays 06:45-13:00.
