Service Technician – Exciting Assignment in Malmö

We are looking for a Service Technician to join a well-established company within the technology and service sector, working with advanced equipment for customers across Sweden. About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will have an independent and varied role with close customer contact. You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of technical equipment at customer sites. The work includes both planned service visits and urgent actions in the event of operational failures.

You will document completed work in digital systems, manage spare parts, and provide customers with advice on the use and maintenance of the equipment. The role is field-based, with the opportunity to plan your workday via a work order system and work from the office or home when necessary.

Who We Are Looking For

To thrive and succeed in this role, we prefer candidates with experience in technical work, preferably within service, mechanics, or similar professions. Previous work with machinery, white goods, or other mechanical equipment is an asset but not a requirement.

Furthermore, we look for someone who has:

Basic technical understanding and problem-solving skills
A valid driver's license
Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
Electrical knowledge (low voltage or high voltage) is an asset but not mandatory
Flexibility, a self-driven work approach, and attention to detail
Good teamwork skills and a service mindset
An interest in technology and machinery, along with a willingness to learn new systems and equipment

The role involves continuous customer contact, but on-call duty or standby is not included. Upselling may occur in the form of needs identification, but it is not a primary focus.
