As a Process Operator/Blending Operator, you will:

• Charge/mix raw materials according to specific blending recipes

• Perform and document quality controls, adjust deviations in blends

• Process monitoring/control of equipment

• Dispensing products into drums/kegs/IBC tanks

• Cleaning/operator maintenance of production equipment

• Reporting of work orders/quality controls/deviations

The role is dynamic and offers varied workdays with great opportunities to develop your professional skills.

Shifts are continuous 12-hour shifts (06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00) with an average of 9 shifts per 3-week period. Work on some Sundays is included in the schedule.

The assignment starts in April and runs until August – with good chances to continue longer! If you perform exceptionally well, there are also strong possibilities to take the next step to a direct employment with Solenis.

We require you to meet the following criteria:

• Education in engineering, industry, or natural sciences.

• Forklift license B1(Mt)

• Class B or AM driver's license

• General good computer skills.

• Good physical fitness.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and express yourself well in speech and writing.

• Good knowledge of English.

• Ability to work without vacation breaks during the period from April to August.

• You tackle challenges with humility and curiosity, a sharp sense for numbers, and a positive learning mindset that ensures you are constantly developing.

Experience in process technical operations with control of process/production equipment via computer.
