Fastighetsdrift Lund is responsible for the technical operation of Region Skåne's properties in Lund and is part of Regionfastigheter. Our task is to create a reliable healthcare service and we are responsible for the operation and maintenance of Region Skåne's university hospital as well as Skånetrafik's tram depot and bus depot in Lund. Together we are about 55 employees based at the hospital in Lund, with the main responsibility for creating world-class operational reliability and acting as a safe partner to healthcare.

The operation area contains a variety of technical installations such as ventilation, heating, cooling, control and regulation, medical gases, as well as power supply and distribution. Operational technical equipment is also included in the responsibility. These are complex systems where we are responsible for preventive maintenance work and participate in major renovations and new installation projects. The work is carried out in a hospital environment, with patient safety in focus and in close collaboration with Region Skåne's operations and its staff, project managers, consultants, and contractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you have experience in fire safety work? Do you appreciate varied workdays with responsibility for fire safety work at Skåne University Hospital in Lund? Then it might be you we are looking for in our team! We welcome a responsible facility technician for fire safety work (SBA, sprinkler, fire protection) with broad general technical competence regarding property management.

As a facility technician, you participate in the planning, organization, and development of fire safety work at the hospital. You are responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual controls for fire safety rounds as well as ensuring other controls are carried out. The tasks also include measures and follow-up of detected deficiencies in fire protection, risk analyses, and reporting to the client. As an expert, you participate in project work and represent Regionfastigheter during authority inspections. You are responsible for performing parts of the tasks yourself, but you also have your colleagues to help you. In addition, administrative tasks are included in the position, for example, handling work orders in our operational system. You work actively with preventive fire protection in close dialogue with the client.

Our primary task is operational reliability, and it is therefore natural that you, when needed, participate in all the unit's areas of responsibility and tasks, as well as actively participate and contribute to improvement work. QUALIFICATIONS

For the position, a completed upper secondary education or other education deemed equivalent by the employer is required. Furthermore, you have relevant work experience in the property sector. You also have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. You also have good administrative skills. Experience from fire safety work or similar, preferably in a healthcare environment or complex properties, is an asset, as is experience in planning and following up fire safety work. It is also an asset if you have knowledge and/or experience in energy work and property management. We consider it an advantage if you have good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

You have a good ability to take independent initiatives in line with the best interests of the operation and have a great commitment to your work. You like to work both practically and with administrative tasks. Furthermore, you have a natural service mindset and contribute to good cooperation with both colleagues and customers.
