About the Role

Are you a technically curious industrial electrician who enjoys solving problems and finding smart solutions? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join Ballingslöv! With us, you will take on an important role in a knowledgeable and engaged maintenance team, contributing to keeping production safe, stable, and efficient.

As an industrial electrician, you will be responsible, together with your team, for performing both emergency and preventive maintenance as well as repairs to ensure reliable and efficient production.

Your main responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs of production equipment
• Participate in renovations and improvements of mechanical equipment
• Contribute to development and improvement work within electrical systems and automation
• Work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in maintenance and production

Practical Information:

• Start date: ASAP or by agreement
• Working hours: Shift work with rotation between morning, afternoon, and day shifts

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced industrial electrician who is driven by seeing the results of a well-executed job.

You have experience from the process or manufacturing industry and good knowledge in electrical, control, and regulation technology. You are confident in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of production equipment and have experience with both electromechanical and mechanical repairs. To handle the job, you must be able to read electrical diagrams and drawings. Furthermore, you have good experience in systematic troubleshooting and are comfortable working with automation systems, including PLC programming.

You have a high school education in the electrical and energy program. General electrical authorization is an asset. An ECY certificate is required for the position.

You must be able to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement.
