You will join a service-oriented team that services and maintains doors, gates, docking stations with loading docks, and weather seals. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of new products. The role involves planning work together with your colleagues and service coordinators to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will identify opportunities for upselling and handle on-call duties.

Job Responsibilities/Description

• Being a service technician at Hörmann Svenska AB means being the face towards our customers and having daily customer contact.
• You will be part of a service-oriented team servicing our customers' sites, including doors, gates, docking stations with loading docks, and weather seals.
• The work is varied and includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, as well as assembly and installation of new products.
• Plan work efficiently together with the service coordinator, service manager, and fellow technicians.
• Perform preventive maintenance based on the current service agreement with the customer.
• Submit time reports, assembly, and service documentation.
• Work on upselling by identifying improvement measures at the customer site.
• On-call duty is part of the role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the door industry.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting or with a focus on automation.
