We are currently looking for a Service Technician to join Hermelin Coffee Pro AB in Malmö!

About the Role

As a Service Technician at Hermelin Coffee Pro, you will have a varied and independent role responsible for ensuring that customers' coffee machines function optimally in their daily operations.

Based in Malmö, either from the office or remotely, you will work on-site with customers in the region. The role involves a combination of scheduled service visits, installations, and emergency call-outs in the event of breakdowns.

Your tasks include installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of coffee machines. You will have daily contact with customers and serve as the face of the company, not only solving technical problems but also contributing to a positive customer experience.

The work is independent and requires you to plan your day efficiently, while being able to adapt quickly to changes or urgent matters.

We are looking for you who

To thrive and succeed in this role, we prefer that you have a technical background and an interest in troubleshooting and practical work. You are a person who likes to take responsibility and work independently in the field.

Furthermore, we look for you to have:

• Technical experience in areas such as electrical engineering, mechanics, or similar
• Class B driver's license (required)
• Experience in service work or field service
• Good problem-solving skills and a structured way of working
• Ability to handle customer contact in a professional and service-oriented manner
• Experience within the industry is highly desirable
