About the Position

Ikett is currently looking for a mechanic or service technician who wants to continue their development in a long-term perspective with one of our clients in Tomelilla!

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and service, who enjoys tinkering, screwing, troubleshooting, and delivering the best solutions to customers!

The work involves service and assembly of agricultural machinery, including troubleshooting, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanics. Service and maintenance are performed both in the workshop and out in the fields with farmers. Since most manuals are in English, basic knowledge of the English language is required.

Working hours are during the day. Start immediately or by agreement.

About the Company

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied role where collaboration and problem-solving skills are key. We believe you have a long-term mindset and are humble enough to learn and develop together with your colleagues. Previous relevant education or experience may be in vehicle mechanics related to tractors, buses, cars, trains, forklifts, or boats. A suitable background is also if you have previously worked as a service technician, in industrial maintenance, or with engines.

Furthermore, we require that you:

• Have basic computer skills.
• Can communicate in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English.

It is considered meritorious if you:

• Have previously worked with engines.
• Have previously worked with tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Have experience with electricity, hydraulics, troubleshooting, and technology.

The position requires a B-class driver's license.

As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, orderly, and have good collaboration skills since the work takes place at our customers' sites.
