Soldiers Incorporated is a company dedicated to providing conscripts with their first job and a springboard into their future careers. We know that the experiences and skills gained during military service are highly sought after in the private sector, yet often difficult to articulate in a CV. Classic military traits such as leading oneself and others in a constantly changing environment, solving tasks, working in a structured and situation-adapted manner, and collaborating in various group constellations to solve emerging problems using mission tactics and with great personal responsibility, characterize our staff and management.

Our customers also value these experiences and skills, which is why we need to grow. Currently, we operate primarily in three business areas: installation, warehouse work, and property maintenance.

We are looking for staff for on-call or hourly positions, as well as individuals seeking part-time work alongside other primary employment.

• Landscaping and green care
• Assembly and disassembly jobs
• Minor demolition work

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Personal suitability
• Completed military service with satisfactory results is a requirement
• Other military experience, e.g., from voluntary defense organizations, is an asset
• Class B driver's license is a requirement

Regular working hours: 07:00–16:00

Irregular working hours may occur.
