About the Role
As a CNC Setter, you will have a central role in production, responsible for setting, adjusting, and optimizing machines to ensure high quality and efficiency in manufacturing. You will work closely with the production team and actively contribute to improvements in processes and working methods. You will be involved in improvement work and support technical challenges in the milling department, making the role both varied and developmental.

You will work with setting up CNC machines, starting new jobs, and ensuring that production maintains the correct quality from the first part. The role involves both independent work and collaboration with colleagues in a technically advanced environment, where you will set up and optimize milling machines, primarily 3-, 4-, and eventually 5-axis Mazak machines.

We Are Looking For You
We believe you have experience with CNC machining and a good understanding of blueprint reading and metrology. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and work solution-oriented in a production environment where accuracy is critical.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, structured, and have a technical interest. You appreciate working in a team but are also confident in taking your own initiatives and driving your work forward.
