We are currently looking for a Team Leader for an established industrial company in the Värnamo area. In this role, you are the natural coordinator in production. You work actively in the operations yourself while helping the team plan, prioritize, and maintain an efficient workflow.

About the Role

The department works with post-processing of cast aluminum parts, involving both machining and manual operations. As a Team Leader, you do not have direct personnel responsibility, but you support the group in their daily work, help prioritize tasks, and ensure that production runs according to plan.

The employment begins through Montico, where you work as a consultant at the client's site. The assignment is long-term, with the ambition that the role will eventually transition into direct employment with the client for the right person.

The position is during day shifts.

Job Description

• Coordinate and distribute daily work within the department.
• Help prioritize tasks based on production needs.
• Provide support to colleagues in their daily work.
• Communicate information and priorities from production management.
• Monitor that work proceeds according to plan.
• Contribute to order, structure, and an efficient workflow.
• Act as a sounding board for the Production Manager on operational matters.
• Participate in practical work alongside other employees.

We are looking for someone with experience from the industry or other manufacturing operations, who thrives in a role that combines practical work with greater responsibility for the daily flow. You are someone who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative, and has the ability to create structure even when the pace is fast.

As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating with different types of people. You enjoy supporting your colleagues, fostering good team spirit, and contributing to a smooth workflow. Perhaps you have previously held a leading or coordinating role, or you are the person others naturally turn to for support, guidance, and prioritization in daily work.

Since the role involves daily communication with both employees and production management, you must be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

To succeed in this role, you need to be humble, present, and have a genuine interest in both people and production.
